Ask for a room facing the castle, as the views are stunning. I have to go to inverness frequently for work, and I've stayed at many b&b's nearby, but this one is far superior. It's been recently renovated by its new owners and there's not a doily in sight (thank goodness!). Breakfast has several choices, including a few vegetarian options.... more

I stayed here for one night during a 2-day tour of the Highlands, and I wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms are large, newly renovated, well-furnished and have comfortable beds. Perfectly situated, with fantastic views to the river, the castle and the whole city. Everything perfect, very new, clean and a delicious breakfast made by one of the kindest and most lovely person in the Highlands. Thank you Amy for your attention. more
