We booked a dorm of 4 after reading great reviews of the hostel online and were pleased with our choice. But when we finally got there it ended up being a walking cliché of all the bad stuff that can happen in a youth hostel.
We hired towels and they were so stained with make up and stuff that I don't even want to know what it was (we got them changed - the staff didn't see the problem though.)
The dorm was so small - thankfully we knew each other - there is not enough space to put 4 small suitcases and dig through your stuff.
Our window has been treated like a bin, there was bottles, mugs (?!), plastic bags, that people had throw from the dorms upstairs to the dorms downstairs and by the look of it, no one had clean that for awhile. (see the picture)
