It has been our 2nd time here and the accomodation still great,close to center and with great hosts.we just didn't like the fact that we got a smaller room and the heating on the wall wasn't working properlly. Despiste that we'll stay here for a 3rd time we visita Inverness.

We were pleasantly surprised by the very large and spacious rooms. Good selection for breakfast, free wifi and car parking. The couple who own the place are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant couple of nights at the Heathcote B&B. Peter was a font of information, well within walking distance from the city center so ideal for not having to use a car at night. Rooms very clean and comfortable and breakfast cooked to order. Would stay again if in the area.

Heathcote B&B was a very comfortable place to stay. About a 20 min. walk into Inverness. Our room was a very nice size with a large, comfortable bed. Our host, Peter, was very helpful and gave us good information on restaurants in Inverness. Peter and his family were charming.

Peter and his wife have a very good guest house,Very clean, large bedrooms with on-suites. Short distance to walk into the city.I booked this guest house well in advance as I was running the Loch Ness Marathon,the bed was very comfy and my daughter found her room and bed the same.Large choice of food for breakfast and my thanks once... We're very glad we found the Heathcote on a last minute search as it proved to be everything we needed. Zhanara was incredibly welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean with plenty of space and only a short walk into the city centre. We would happily stay here again.

Was recommended this from another B & B in Inverness, was very pleased they did. Lovely place, clean airy room and bathroom. Huge bed, which Zhanara offered to convert into two singles for us while we were out. Breakfast was great, huge choice from fruit, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, cooked meat and of course the cooked breakfast. Would defo recommend it.

My wife & me had an absolutely fantastic weeks stay with Peter & Zhanara and little Fay, it was a real family atmosphere, and they could not do enough for us, Zhanara took Yelena shopping and showed us the beautiful city of Inverness. I discovered Heathcote via word of mouth and have since stayed many times. The lovely rooms are large and very well equiped. The en suite shower rooms have lots of added extras. Peter and Zhanara are welcoming, excellent hosts and made all my stays times to remember! The accomodation is bright, fresh and airy, with many extras. Breakfast is beyond... More
