Stayed here whilst looking for somewhere to get married in 2005. It was lovely. Great service, great rooms, great view of the wide river... This hotel was wonderful. We had the Mackay suite with views of the loch and plenty of room to ourselves. The hotel food was fanatastic and the service almost faultless (99%) ! We stayed in the Mackay Suite overnight. The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. However we were disappointed with the room. It wasn't terribly clean and the bathroom in particular had seen better days and needed repainting. The food in the evening was superb though. We decided to head up to Loch Ness on a Saturday and thought we would spend the night. We found this hotel online and thought it sounded pretty good. We were so pleased when we arrived. Bunchrew House Hotel was a fantastic place to stay. We had the redcastle room and it was amazing.
