“Appalling service and rooms!”

Our family of four was greeted by an unhelpful and grumpy lady, and it took her 15 minutes to check us in. She informed us in a rude manner that she was not our mother, thus she was not going to clean after us, obviously... To our complain about the poor state of room she replied it did not matter...
