We had occasion to visit Inverness from the Isle of Skye. My wife found Trafford Bank on the internet whilst searching for accommodation for us. Though it cost a little more than we would normally think of spending it was well worth the extra. We had a lovely double room overlooking a quiet street which came with an en-suite bathroom.... more

My wife and I decided to drive around Scotland for the majority of our honeymoon, and having read very good things about the Trafford Bank Guest House we decided to stay there for a few days while in Inverness. We were thrilled at how lovely the house/room was (we chose the Tartan Room), and Lorraine made us feel very much... more

As a couple with four young children (a 5-year old son and triplets of 6 months) I was wondering how feasable it would be for my husband and I to feel relaxed while staying in a hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised by the Trafford Bank in Inverness, Koshal and Lorraine could not have made us more welcome and there... more

We had an overnight stay to attend a wedding and our only disappointment was that we couldn't spend more time in the beautiful room. Lorraine was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - allowing someone to come and drop of a kilt for the wedding as we would not be arriving until later. The room was immaculate and breakfast is superb!... more

This was our first stay at the Trafford Bank and we thought it was beautiful. The building was lovely and the artwork just happened to be from one of our local artists in Hove! Lorraine and Koshal were very friendly and receiving and made us feel very relaxed and welcome but we also met Lorraines parents who were again lovely.... more

A lovely victorian detached house, within easy walking distance of the centre of town. The service was excellent, with deicious food and tasteful decor. We felt cossetted , and there was a real sense of luxury. Great attention to detail everywhere. Excellent value for money, and we would certainly stay there again, and have already recommended this place to friends. more

Trafford Bank guest house is in the beautiful home of Lorraine and Koshal. The rooms are tastefully and elegantly decorated with a full range of amenities and quality toiletries. Little touches such as sweets and fluffy robes add to the quality of your stay. Lorraine cooks a superb breakfast and it is served in a beautiful sun room which is... more

Certainly recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for somewhere homely and comfortable to stay in Inverness. To start with, parking was easy with plenty of spaces in secure garden and as the house is situated in a quiet area plenty of street parking if required. The security around the place is very good with doors being kept locked to non... more
