This Premier Inn was an easy walk from the train station. In a good location beside the river with views of the castle and churches. Staff were friendly, no complaints there. The room was nice, large and comfortable as expected. We ate at the restaurant downstairs which was nice, tasty food, good service. Overall very good.

The location is fantastic although parking is tricky but manageable. Breakfast was good but the room was disappointing. The bed was way too firm and the duvet too hot so the "guaranteed great night's sleep" never happened. No frills like tissues and we had to ask for a second hand towel twice (although very quickly delivered by the helpful staff).... More

This hotel is like the other Premier Inns: friendly people, Great location, Nice and spaceous room. Everything you can want from a good budget hotel. We enjoyed the stay in this hotel. It is very Nice for a holiday.

The hotel has the best location possible since almost all the Inverness locations are 5-minutes walk from the hotel. The station is also at a stone's throw away. Stayed at this property for two nites in May and have nothing but praise from the very welcoming Reception Staff to the attentive wait staff for breakfast. There was not one thing reception would not do for us if we asked. Planning on returning in July.

I often use these hotels when away on business but this was a stopover with my wife and it was a real cut above the rest. The location was great and the staff excellent the breakfast better than normal and the bar was pretty good as well. Pleasantly surprised
