Staying at The Tilt is like going home to visit your mum and dad, complete with great breakfasts, comfy beds and peace and quiet! Lovely.

The Tilt is located about 20 minutes' walk from the Invereness High street. The walk along Kingsmills Road is pleasant and easy, and passes directly in front of The Fluke, a great local pub. From the pub, The Tilt is a bare 300 paces. There's a small grocery shop there too, where one can find the necessities - milk, fruit and cereals and the like, beer, wine, spirits and other goodies.

Rooms at The Tilt are spotless, well lit and very comfortable. The bathroom is shared, but as there are only three rooms in the B&B, it too is perfectly maintained, spotless and SPACIOUS!

The breakfast room at The Tilt looks over a small but lush garden full of birds and silky greenery. John and June Fiddes are both proud of their peaceful hideaway garden. John is quite knowledgeable about the plantlife there.
