Just back from a single nights stay and I have to see the hotel far exceeded our expectations and to think we found this hotel by chance, I will start off with the negatives - being that it is about a 10 min drive into Inverness although if you have a car as we did then its not a problem.... more

I really loved this hotel. It is beautiful, quiet and the staff was (overall) wonderful to deal with - with a few exceptions. We wanted to have tea in the lounge area one evening (it was offered to us the previous night) and it seemed to be rather confusing as to who was to bring it, where it was coming... more

We stayed for 3 nights in October - it was only a 20 minute drive from Inverness Airport. Check in was welcoming and efficient - our room was clean and large, overlooking the front of the hotel. The hotel is a bit out of Inverness - if you want to have a look round the city or have something to... more

Just back from a two night stay at this hotel. It was excellent. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful. The meals in the hotel were out of this world! Could not fault this hotel at all. It was amazing. Thank you Drumossie Hotel for a wonderful two nights. more

If you are looking for a quiet hotel with spacious and convenient rooms, this is your place! No expense seems to have been spared to make this a luxurious hotel -- at a surprisingly reasonable price. We were quite surprised -- and pleased. There's a bit of tourist-style Scottish decor, but it has been done quite tastefully. The breakfast room/diningroom... more

From the photographs in the brochure it would appear that this hotel is on the Lochside or at least you can see the water. Well, some people may have been able to so I can`t answer for all the rooms but it certainly wasn`t visible from the room we stayed in. That isn`t really a complaint, just a note for... more

We had booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary three months ahead of our stay. Our estimated time of arrival was 6PM and we arrived at just after 6.30PM. On arrival we were advised by the operations manageress that “all was not well” and we had been overbooked. She blamed a breakdown in the computer some time before which had... more

The Drumossie is a wonderful hotel. Having stayed there often on business, I can say the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Conference facilities are very good. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, the food is excellent and the breakfasts are cooked to order, unlike the increasingly normal horrible buffets. It is out of... more

Dirty shower cubicle. Filthy stained seat covers, well worn fancy cushions on bed, no matress protector sheet dicetly on matress, no tea bags, supposedly hot breakfast was cold and inedible, cheapest nastiest fruit juice. Staff were polite and helpful and obviously well used to complaints. this is the NEW version of this hotel - leopards can not change their spots... more
