We spent two nights here, arriving to an obvious unwelcome, and were ignored by the hosts, even at breakfast when the food was brought by the silent and sullen wife. Food was fine, accommodations were clean and comfortable. Did not like the way the husband treated his dogs; had to listen to barking dogs locked in the barn each night.... more

The B&B is very beautiful with large rooms and very nice bathrooms. Bottled water and shower gel. The view from the breakfast room out over the farm is lovely. But we felt very unwelcomed, we felt like we were intruding in their home. The husband just kinda stared at us when we were leaving for dinner and didn't say anything... more

We stayed at Leanach Farm B&B towards the end of our week long stay in Scotland. The farmhouse was very well kept, the rooms were clean and comfortable, but we didn't feel as welcome as we did at the other B&B's we stayed at. The owner was not too friendly and seemed to try and avoid us. No complaints about... more

We had a fantastic stay at Leanach Farm. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the view we had from the breakfast room. It was quiet and very clean. The breakfast we had was nice. We surely recommand this B&B. more

I can't go into too much detail due to the review guidelines... Noisy owners - very unpleasant experience (their room was above ours). The night we stayed we turned on the TV to try and drown them out only to be told to turn it off by them. Uncomfortable bed Horrible breakfast Very upsetting experience. This is a first class B&B and rightly deserves it's 4 crowns. We stayed last week and were sorry to leave. It's a working farm with highland cattle, sheep and cows literally the other side of the garden fence, with breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the valley.
