Staying at The Kemps was one of the highlights of my stay in Scotland. The owners were very friendly and accomodating, the facilities were perfectly clean and the food was amazing! In short there is nothing more that you could want, I recommend you stay at the Kemps. more

We stayed here for two nights while taking part in the Loch Ness marathon. The room was spotless as was the attached shower/toilet. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitley stay here again and recommend it to any one. Private parking is an advantage, and the house is only 10 mins walk from the town centre. more

Our party consisted of three adults and a toddler. During our adventure across UK/Scotland, we must have stayed at least 6 B&B’s. The Kemps Guest House is the only one we would return to! My two night stay at the Kemps was quite comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but the sitting room and the friendliness of the owners more than make up for any shortcomings. The rooms were very clean and the private bathroom I had was large with a large shower, unusual for most Bed and Breakfasts in the UK.... more
