Had a problem at check in as the lock to my room wouldn't open and there was no maintenance person around. I stayed here for 14 days whilst working locally. This hotel was tidy, spacious and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was reasonably priced and whilst the quality did vary on occasion, it was more than satisfactory all the time. Finally i must mention the staff. The hotel billed itself as being in the centre of Inverness. In reality it's a mile or more away. Without a car, any exploration of the city required a taxi.
