We arrived by train and the map showed that the B&B was very nearby so we walked with our luggage.Turned out that we didn't take Inverness elevation change into account. This B&B is located within walking distance from the city centre and in a quite area. The hosts were both very friendly and helpful. The breakfast also included pastries, which I really enjoyed (e.g. almond croissants, etc). When you go in you can see this B&B has quality and you feel at home very quickly. more

I immediately fell in love with Elizabeth's figurines and ornaments. The house is beautiful furnished, a lovely room with a wonderful breakfast! It is located very near the town centre, the castle and the river. Also the bus station and train station. more

John and Elizabeth have established a place where you really do feel welcome. John greeted us like he had known us all his life and was happy that we would stay with he and Liz. My husband and I spent one night in Ardconnel House. The house is beautifully furnished and in a convenient location. John was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that our upstairs double room was smaller than most of the other rooms we had on our trip. Overall, though, it was very nice. more
