I booked here for one night by telephone. I arrived at 1pm and was told by a guy wearing only a towel that I couldn't check in until 5pm. I asked what I was supposed to do until then and I was told that I could leave my bags in the hallway and 'chill' in the living room. They don't have anybody on reception for several hours during the day so you're pretty doomed if you arrive then. Amazingly at 5pm it was the same towel guy on reception but he didn't even remember us! We decided to go elsewhere because we weren't made welcome and anyway it didn't seem safe, more
