Very nice rooms and well located. Generous and lovely breakfast. Rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. We spent the best night of our stay. The view is amazing and the location is perfect within a small tour of Scottland. A big thank you to Mr and Mrs Henderson for your warm welcome! I highly recommend. More

We had read reviews of this B&B because we could not get a better one, we wanted all the rooms for 3 nights, the reviews suggested that the B&B could be good & 5 star. If by being good means putting up with yelling, running kids through the B&B both on the same floor & overhead, if being good means... More

Lovely place. Owner Allen was very friendly and offered tips on sights not to miss. Very nice room and great breakfast. Only downside - common alley between the rooms means there could be some noise from other people. Minor niggle. More

My wife and I stayed in several bed and breakfasts while on vacation in Scotland, but The Gantocks was by far the most memorable. From the time we walked in the door Allan and Sandra treated us like family. The room was beautiful, and the food was amazing, especially Sandra's homemade scones and shortbread! Allan even took the time to... More

We were pampered and enjoyed it very much! Great bathrooms and big beds, everything absolutely sparkling clean and with many nice touches. Breakfast was delicious, the home baking and jam (and the creamy porridge) so tasty! Very friendly hosts, too. More

This b&b was located with views better than many five star hotels. we spent a night there and the rooms were very clean comfortable and tastefully done. Breakfast was freshly... More

Had just finnished the West Highland Way walk on a very wet day so the tea and homemade shortbread we got on arrival was most welcome as was the thoroughly comfortable bed and hot bath. Hosts could not be more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was unbelievable. Homemade scones, oatcakes and jam. Lovely location. More

My husband, my 20 month old daughter and I stayed here for three nights (July 24th - July 26th 2011) along with my sister-in-law and her family (including a 3 month old baby). To begin with....we were quite late in checking (half past 10) in as we had to make several stops to feed/change our little ones. We had let... More

Excellent rooms and service, great attention to detail, extremely friendly and helpful owners. We were travelling with babies and they were most accommodating of our needs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to all. - almost forgot- the breakfast was excellent as well! More

Alan and Sandra are perfectionists and this was reflected in the quality of the room, the service and the breakfast. There were no details ommitted in the sparkling clean room, with attention to detail down to binoculars to watch the seals and the birds on the loch. Breakfast was superbly prepared, a fresh savoury scone, followed by a delicious banana... More
