After finishing the west highland way, we headed up hill to braeside house, the warm welcome made us feel at home. The room was spacious very clean, with tea and coffee. Once we were ready to go out, Aileen kindly drove us into town ( to my feets relief ). Excellent nights sleep, with a lovely big breakfast. As we... More

Having the in laws round for holiday we wanted to show them the Highlands. We never stayed in a B&B before so was a bit sceptical at first. However that was alleviated as soon as we arrived, Paul and Aileen are great hosts who welcome you like friends and go great lengths to make you feel at home. Having mentioned... More

My wife and I visited Fort William a year ago and decided we have to go there again. This visit to Fort William, we stayed at the Braeside House B&B. Paul & Aileen are great hosts. The B&B has good views of the loch and walking distance to the restaurants. My wife and I are now dreaming up our next... More

We arrived later than planned in foul weather conditions but straight away we were made to feel very welcome by Paul & Aileen. The room (2) had a view to die for & was really nicely decorated. We knew straight away that we had made a great choice. Nothing was any trouble & we were given some good recommendations for... More

We spent 2 nights here and a very warm welcome from Aileen and Paul who were great hosts. Superb breakfast overlooking the loch and a very good room also overlooking the loch. Great advice of where to eat and places to visit we hadn't thought of.

We stayed one night at Braeside House and we were pleased with our choice. Paul and Aileen were excellent hosts, smiling all the time, giving us good advice on where to have dinner and answer our questions. The room we had was small but very nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was perfect with a nice view on the loch and... More

Stayed here one night en route to Mull. This is a much more scenic route than via Oban! Nice big room, plenty of hanging space. Whole house was lovely and warm (good if weather a bit damp!) Had access to wi-fi and large plasma TV. Breakfast was brilliant - the usual choices, plus smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Delicious! Would... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time. Paul and Aileen were terrific hosts and have a great knowledge of the area. The room was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast was in the conservatory and lovely and sunny and very well cooked.

We are 5 mature adults who spent three days at Braeside House in late may. The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and good size.We were close to town and the train station but in a very quiet area. You will need a car to really enjoy this region and there is ample parking. The showers were soothing with powerful... More

My friend and I stayed for 1 night at the end of a walking holiday. The room we stayed in was a good size, very nicely decorated, and had stunning views out to the loch. Breakfast was lovely in the conservatory, again looking out to the loch. The food was very good, and it was a nice touch to have... More
