Went in October 2012 when we decided to climb Nevis. Location handy ... Easy to find.. Rooms basic. But just wanted some where to lay down.. kitchen great.. make sure you buy everything you need in Fort William. Friendly staff and will visit again this year when we go back. . good value... The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. The breakfast was ordered for a particular time and was freshly cooked and generous. Well maintained, well run, food like Mama makes and 100% value for money! Really friendly and helpful staff, better service than I've had in some 4* hotels. 1 minor grumble; it would be good if there was hand soap and a working hand drier in the loo at reception. Thanks for a really good stay.
