Stopped here for a long weekend. Warm welcome on arrival, Everything spotless and very comfortable. Big comfortable bed. Beautiful room overlooking the Loch and the mountains beyond. Convenient for Town - about 10 minutes walk. Very well cooked high quality cooked breakfast and interesting range of breakfast options. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with my elderly parents for 2 nights. My parents were so pleased with their roomy and elegant ground floor room (very difficult to find in other b&b's). Warm friendly welcome and both Christine and Willie were very helpful answering our questions about the area. Conveniently located, and our room was very comfortable, with good breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Fort William area.

Wonderful stay. Tea on arrival was very welcome and help with finding a super restaurant for dinner. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The owners talked to everyone at breakfast and gave us good advice on places to visit on our drive back to Edinburgh. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely recommend Ashburn House.

Was made very welcome, room was perfect with all the extras, the location was ideal, and the views were just amazing, a never had a room with sea view, but a will next time am in town, this is how chilling out is should be done. Don't hesitate to book, Regards Ronnie

The second you enter you get a warm welcome and from start to finish this feels like you home which is just what you need in a bed and breakfast.. Close to the centre of fort William is perfect and the breakfast divine... Just perfect for our long weekend
