Very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. Didn't use the pool or fitness centre so I can't comment on those. Despite being geared towards coach parties it was not impersonal or unfriendly. An obvious effort has been made to make the most of the slightly tired decor.

We spent 3 nights over Easter in the Caledonian. Room was very nice..on the ground floor near reception. Tea and Coffee in the room.. Clean warm and comfortable. Food was adequate..
