there is space for just a few tents, but this is a small site which caters for caravans, tourers & lovely cabins. We had a friendly welcome. There is a very cute cat! The bathroom facilities were very clean & tidy.
The laundry was not overpriced like others we had encountered & there was an electric kettle available (such a luxury!)
The caladonian canal is just a very short walk away.
It's a perfect base. We stayed & visited loch ness, fort augustus, mull, fort william(very briefly), & glenfinnan. Spean Bridge itself is a nice little village with an impressive war monument & tasteful souvenir shop. The drive to the caingorms via Roy bridge is one of the prettiest I can remember.
