Well what can we say, from the minute we walked in we were made to feel very welcome, almost like we were at home! Our room had fantastic views. I don't understand one of the reviews that said "there was constant traffic noise from 7am - 11pm": There is absolutely no noise at all, the guest house is off the... more

We have stayed at the Braeburn Guest House 4 times and would not hesitate to return. The Guest House is in a good location away from the main road sheltered by trees in a quiet and peaceful spot. You may occasionally experience a little noise from the road so dont let the last review put you off. You will have... more

We arrived at the Braeburn guesthouse, had a warm welcome. The house and room were beautiful, but it was a pity that no one mentioned the fact that the house was close to the main road from Fort William to Malaig. There was constant traffic from about 7am - 11pm when it would quiten down for the night. There was also a lovely... more

We were very sorry to read this review and that these guests did not seem to enjoy their stay with us. In the seven years that we have been at Braeburn, no other guest has mentioned any road noise and, in fact, have commented on our quiet location. We are up a hill and are sheltered from the road by...

This was our second stay at Braeburn & we certainly weren't disappointed. I can't praise the accomodation, food, friendly atmosphere & location highly enough. We will be returning again next year. more

John and Julie provide an excellent B & B service that we have not experienced anywhere else including 4 star hotels. A warm welcome awaits you (no problem in finding the location just put the post code in the satnav) and the high standard of the rooms and the views over the loch to Ben Nevis will take your breath... more

...at Braeburn Guest House. Despite having a little difficulty finding the house - once there found an inviting home from home for an overnight stay. Our host was informative and helpful and we had a very comfortable stay. Would recommend to other travellers - very good value for accommodation and if you are seeking a quiet location, yet near to... more

Julie and John fantastic hosts. Stayed here with the view to climb Ben Nevis the next day. Julie had already checked the forecast for us which was very impressive! Rooms large and clean (the twin has a very large bathroom, which my room-mate retired to because of his snoring :). Breakfast was nice (the jams were great though). Stayed two... more
