Wonderful location, excellent room and great arrangement for breakfast - help yourself in a separate kitchen/dining area. Handy pub about 100 yds away for good pub food. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, we wouldn't hesitate to go back. more

We found the School House to be great value and perfectly comfortable. You get the full use of the kitchen where you look after yourself. Our second perfect stay at The Schoolhouse, again with a group of two ( one French, one Franco-Scottish) families. Fantastic accommodation : spotlessly clean and comfortable as they come. A fantastic bed 'n' breakfast with the beauty of suiting yourself with self-catering facilities. Really comfortable, spotlessly clean room with en-suite facilities. Especially good if you get fed up of eating the "full Scottish breakfast" every morning. more
