after reading all the negative reviews i nearly cancelled our booking through easybreaks, but after i stayed in the hotel for the neil diamond tribute night i can surely say rooms are spotless food is good and staff is very attentive. we thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the windsor and would surley be back for the motown act. m shanks more

Apparently under new management - used to be Ok , now awful. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to reception to register. Room cold, no heating, thin cover on bed & no extra bedding.. stayed at The Windsor during my trek around Scotland and it was very enjoyable, the locourist board pointed me in the direction of the hotel with confidence. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the evening meal was very nice indeed realy enjoyed my steak and chips. If in Nairn again I will stay at the Windsor. more

Ground floor rooms recently refurbished due to flooding - very habitable. Upstairs a different story. Tatty old rooms with single-glazed sash windows. Breakfast worth avoiding unless you like tepid bacon and sausage! more
