Excellent, staff were of a very high standard, room was immaculate, food was excellent, overall impression will be back next time we visit friends in Elgin. The Venue for our friends wedding, the day was faultless with excellent service first class surroundings and staff who went the extra little bit to make sure everything was just that little bit special. more

We have stayed for a long weekend twice since January and can each time have had a great stay. We had room 34 looking to the front of the hotel, new re-furbished good size and large windows. The service and food has always been excellent and we would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. more

Stayed for four nights on business (booked on my behalf) and was apprehensive having seen the reviews about the rooms! Proved to be totally unfounded!
