Lovely hotel, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings with stunning views. I stayed in room No 1, it was comfortable and clean. The evening menu has a good selection and I seriously recommend the Balmoral Chicken, soooooooo tasty wow. The service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We arrived weary after a long journey. The gin and tonic prepared for us was the best we've ever had. We spent a lovely evening at the Annfield House Hotel and were served with an excellent meal. Staff were friendly without being intrusive and very, very helpful.

Great central location. Easy walking distance to town and local transport links to Glasgow and other places in Ayrshire. Hotel peaceful, very clean and staff were very friendly...someone always spoke to us. Ate a couple of times in bar area which was good. Steak pie a big hit with us! Will stay here again.

We have stayed in the hotel many times and are never disappointed. This visit we were unable to stay but had lunch on Saturday afternoon which was excellent. The staff were extremely attentive and the food really good. It was apity that there were not more customers enjoying the experience.
