Just returned after staying here for a couple of nights while in Perth at the 80's Rewind Festival, the people here are very friendly,rooms are clean and comfy and a good breakfast, and great location, central for walking into town, we will be back

The host and hostess couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating! Though the building is older, the furnishings are up to date and very comfortable. From the fresh flowers on each table to the custom-prepared breakfast, every detail was perfect. We would certainly stay here again if we were to be in the area.

Small, plain room and very ordinary (but cheap) dinner. The shower in particular was very exciting – from freezing cold to boiling hot, pulsating temperature in an instant.
