The hotel is dying to be upgraded as the rooms are not up to standard and the staff should be taking a customer services course, they should have a customer focused duty manager who can communicate with the customers and understand their needs. I'm normally pretty easy to please, but this place was pretty dumpy. The room was very small and cramped, and stuffed with tacky old furniture. The bed was lumpy. Bathroom was okay.
