We found this hotel after reading many positive reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. We have stayed at Parklands several times because of the convenience of the location, close to the centre of Perth yet pleasant with the park on the doorstep, and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, but what really sets the hotel apart is the standard of the food.
