Stayed here for one night, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the room was clean and quite big for a single room. It was £35 with a full cooked breakfast which was delicious. The keys to the front door were handed over when I checked in - with no curfew! More

Received a really warm welcome on arrival. Single room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits etc. It was also very quiet and overlooked the back garden. Good wifi connection and an excellent breakfast made for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended and would definitely return when next in Perth. More
