The owner, Ann gave the best welcome I have ever received. The guest house itself is a beautiful Scottish stone house that has been upgraded and maintained to an excellent standard. The breakfast is superb as is the service received by both Ann and Julie! Am looking forward to taking my whole family back there one day. Can't recommend it...

This place is like a motel. The rooms are small and the bathroom is a cupboard. The bed was old and uncomfortable. There were water noises when other people used the shower. The floors creaked when someone walked down the hallway. We chose Clunie as is was rated four star. Our host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Just turned up here as walk up business on mid Sept Saturday afternoon. Was a real stroke of luck as did not realise was so well reviewd on TA.

Stayed here for 1 night & it was excellent. Very nice comfortable room, very clean and well furnished throughout. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was really good. Only a 10 minute walk into town so ideally located for a stay in Perth.

Warm welcome from Ann and Angus, helpful information for our family history quest, easy walk to downtown Perth, good access to other sites. Breakfast was very good, rooms clean and had many plugs (for those of us with lots of electronics). Heated towel racks, nice hot showers, tea pots in the room.
