Our stay at Almond Villa was excellent. It was really friendly, the owners gave us maps and told us of attractions in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spotlessly clean. We'll definitely stay here again when we're next in Perth.

This is a lovely little place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, tidy and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again! It was in an ideal situation for access to the town centre.

I spent there two nights. Lady is really nice and cheerful. Room was spotless. Big bed, really comfortable. Bathroom was clean, towels fresh. Breakfast was massive and tasty. Really close to town centre. Free WiFi available. It wasn't exepnsive.

We had a room at the back of the house and would never have known we were on a main road, there was no traffic noise.
