A reasonable guest house just off of the downtown of Perth. The room was comfortable although the bed was very soft (avoid if you like firm beds). This is in a great location to the city center. Isabel and Richard were very nice. The bedrooms were very clean and it was sweet to have the added touch of the teddy bear sitting on the bed. Breakfast was wonderful. I wish we could of stayed another night. I highly recomend this B&B. more

We stayed at Almond Villa the other day and thought it was marvellous. Easy parking, central location and a great breakfast are good but add the friendly welcome from Isabel and Richard and you have the ideal place for our business visit to Perth.
