good clean motel just off the a9 . suggest Dobbies for breakfast ,just a few yards away .all in a pleasant experience More

A one night stop over, booked in advance for £19 for a couple, on our way to the Highlands.Easy to find, ample parking, large room, bed OK but mattress nearly ready for replacing, needed an extra chair in the room -plenty of space -so both could sit down, quiet, warm, clean, friendly staff,brought own breakfast so cannot comment on breakfast... On of the Travelodges which was an Innkeepers Lodge, so rooms are bigger and fittings better than most TLs. But this one could do with some TLC: our room door didn;t fit too well, and the carpet was showing wear. Importantly the bed was a lot better (firmer) than in some TLs we've stayed in. Myself and my husband stayed here for one night, the staff were excellent, however my husband slept on the floor as the bed was so uncomfortable and his bread in his breakfast had mould on it. we will not say here again. I know not to expect too much foe cheap accomodation but the view was the old disused grounds... More

We have never stayed at a travelodge before, we broke down on the motoraway on the way up 1 of our tyers had a blow out, I phone the travelodge to say we would be late & when we went in to our room on arrival they had put the fire on in our room so it would be warm... More

I have stayed many times at this hotel when it was owned by InnKeepers and it was brilliant with the people who run the adjacent pub also ran the InnKeepers and they could never do enough for you. This hotel was previously part of the Innkeepers Lodge chain, but has sadly been bought by Travelodge. Travelodge has not refurbished the rooms, they have merely changed or removed some of the fixtures and fittings. In our room, fittings had been removed but unfortunately not replaced. Both towel rails were missing, leaving large, exposed holes in the plaster and nowhere... More

Great value for 2 nite stay. Clean room, tea etc. Great shower. Good access to visit Perth and surrounding area. Good pub food in the Glover Arms. Breakie at Tesco. We book in advance £15 p n. We recomend. More
