was at pitlochry on thursday 25 oct stayed 2 nights at the rosehill .jackie made us feel very welcome the rooms were very clean and the breakfasts well mmmmmm is all i can say will definetly stay there again

We missed this B&B twice because it is tucked away a little back from the street. We had rung ahead because we were going to be a little late but this wasn't a problem. The room was nice and comfortable with quite a big bathroom and the hosts were very helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Great B&B right in the centre of Pitlochry. Hosts very friendly and very helpful. Room quiet, clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable and great selection for breakfast. Would recommend and revisit in the future.

Travelled to Pitlochry as a group of 3 couples for a weekend theatre trip. Rosehill Guesthouse was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were varied and tasty. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit Pitlochry. Thank you to Jackie and her staff.

Execellent quality of accommodation - clean, inexpensive, good breakfast, and a great host. Centrally located, we prefer the place and definitely recommend it.
