Unfortunately not all the Hotel is refurbished yet, and the room my wife and I had been in definately needs to be fixed, but don't get me wrong, not because of us staying there! My wife and I took a group of thirty retired people for a five day stay at Fisher's Hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a young receptionist who had come from Australia and been in post for three days. Having read previous reviews we were dreading finding the hotel's refurbishment was still not complete. It wasn't but the areas that had been opened were spotless and beautifully refurbished. The room was clean and comfortable although the heater was far too small for the size of the room. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Booked 4 rooms for family staying for my sons wedding in Pitlochry. Found rooms in good condition and hotel is good value for the money booked thru Laterooms ,com. Great town centre location, friendly and helpful staff, lovely room that had only been completed the previous day to a very high standard. Great breakfast but dinner not quite so good - quantity instead of quality! Traditional Highland hotel. more
