Excellent stay room facing gardens on ground floor. Room clean and ample as much hot water as needed . Beds very comfortable and room very quiet. Staff very friendly and pleasent. Booked on half board basis for 2 nights - internet blurb stated all rooms with showers, welcome pack etc. On arrival the place had an ovewhelming smell of cooked lamb, looked shabby but staff ok. We booked in on August 9 2007, and we were asked to pay before we checked in, we were allocated Room 314, this was the most disgusting room we have ever stayed in. The wallpaper was hanging off the walls, the carpet had a threadbare hole with underlay showing, it was a hovel. we complained to reception and they apologised.... more

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. Here is my diary of events. Day 1. Check in ok, room ok and on the ground floor facing gardens. Bathroom was in poor condition.
