We highly recommend this very chic B&B. We booked directly through their website and experienced prompt, professional and friendly responses. We stayed in Room 3 which was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Being above above the owners private sitting room meant there was no noise. The room was decorated more like a boutique hotel than your average Pitlochry B&B, including lovely... more

My wife and I have stayed at Craigatin for the same weekend each year for 5/6 years now. Under new ownership this year, we felt the excellent standard had been maintained. We enjoyed a friendly welcome, some excellent local dining recommendations (Fern Cottage and Port na Craig), and felt the new owners had an enthusiasm to maintain and even improve... more

My husband and I have just returned from a very relaxing long weekend break to this lovely location. The owners along with their very friendly staff made this one of the most enjoyable short breaks we have ever had in Scotland. Visit their website and see the lovely photos of the rooms, garden and even the breakfast menu. more

We really enjoyed our stay at Craigatin and wish we could've stayed longer. The place really has the 'wow' factor. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast menu was varied and inspiring. Although it was July is was quite chilly so I was very pleased that the radiators were on in the rooms (you could adjust them yourself... more

We are a married couple in our 40's and we live for our holidays so we like to stay in nice places. We travelled to Scotland for 1 week and stayed in 4 different B & B's, all similarly priced and this was probably my favourite in terms of breakfast, comfort, room size and location. It really is a fabulous... more

We stayed here from the 14th to the 18th of July 2008 and were impressed by the friendly and relaxed ambience in an impressive, stylish yet homely building. The staff were helpful and approachable. The porridge was a delight with whisky, brown sugar and cream! All the rooms were immaculate and well serviced daily. The full use of a well kept... more

This stylishly decorated B&B is located a very, very short walk from the centre of little Pithlocry. We stayed in the main building, in a recently redecorated room with all the charms of old country living comined with modern, stylish decor. The room was large and squeaky clean, the floor was delightfully uneven, the window had proper wooden shutters in... more

We were looking for somewhere nice to stay for a couple of days in Pitlochry. The reviews we read about the Craigatin convinced us to book. We weren't disappointed. The deluxe room was spacious & very well furnished. The staff were very friendly & couldn't do enough to make our stay really enjoyable. Anyone who stays there will tell you... more

We stayed at Craigatin House for one night and wished we had stayed longer. It is run in a very friendly and professional manner with lovely surroundings. The room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and in the conservatory overlooking the pleasant garden. This bed and breakfast appears to be very expensive from the outside but proved to... more

Our group of seven were fortunate to have spent 5 nights recently at the Craigatin House. This lovely guest house exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only is Pitlochry a particularly scenic location to visit, Andrea and Martin are the most gracious hosts that you can find. They were a wealth of information and happily assisted us with everything... more
