Nice wee place. Has a very old fashioned look that looks a bit odd when the old fashioned meets contemporary furnishings, bt mostly ok. Bed very comfy although sink in bedroom, as en suite very small but still useable. I weigh 20 stone and had no problem getting washed. There were some typical spots of mould on the shower seals... We found the Carra Beag to be the ideal place to stay in Pitlochry. Very friendly welcome and service during our stay, and a nice loungeroom to relax in. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend it for a few nights stay in the area. More

Carra Beag is a lovely old house situated on a hill in Pitlochry. The staff were friendly and the lounge was warm and cozy. Things we liked: Staff. Near the center of Pitlochry...although quite a few steps to get down to the main street. May not be good for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was quite good...with a decent selection.... More

B&B is nicely located, but interior is a bit outdated and rooms/beds require renewal. Breakfast is good with very friendly service. More

We stayed at the Carra Beag on a weekend break. The owners were very helpful and friendly and the room couldn't be faulted - lovely view from the room and the breakfast room. Breakfast was the best we'd ever had, the "Foo Scottish" was huge and fantastic value for money. We will certainly stay there again when in Pitlochry and... More

We had room 1 with a view over the the town - everything about it was excellent - comfortable four poster bed, well appointed bathroom, Sky TV... More

The service was excellent. Very friendly and courteous; the complimentary decanter of Port and chocolates in the evening was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much trouble and we could come and go and use the facilities as and when we desired. This included the private large garden which we used to relax and have picnics. Rooms and in fact... More

Stayed for one night at this quirky B & B and absolutely loved it. We were made to feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived and our room was great. The couple from New Zealand who are managers at the moment are friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we can't wait to return and have a... More

We were met by very welcoming hosts and all the staff were excellent. Room 4 was very disappointing. It was dark with peeling wallpaper and a poor quality ensuite and in need of a thorough clean. The pictures on the website were certainly not taken in room4! More
