totally agree with other respondents - a great b&b. Welcoming, helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Gordan took our order at breakfast and brought not just efficiency but a light heartedness that started the day well !! A very comfortable lounge, a bright breakfast room. We were very pleasantly surprised at the extremely high standard of accommodation at The Well House, fantastic warm welcome by the owner, who also presided over the breakfast room which had beautifully upholstered chairs, fantastic selection of breakfast items, cereal, pot of hot porridge bubbling away and a great cooked breakfast. all in all highly recommended more

Cannot rate this B&B highly enough. The Hosts...Mr and Mrs Leaman were so nice and helpful. Enjoyed particularly talking with Mr Leaman at breakfast each morning. Very clean and well furnished rooms, with all the ameneties needed. Will most certainly stay here again. more

Stayed one night in the Well House and wish we had more time to spend there. We will certainly try to book this Guest House again should we have the opportunity to visit Pitlochry again. Location was excellent, room was five star and service was five star. Staff were welcoming and homely. Food was excellent. Well worth a visit. more

Extremely well organised and equipped B&B. The room had all you could need including tea & coffee making facilities, biscuits and even some little sweets! Bathroom also clean, well laid out and very well equipped. TV & video player in room with a large video library in the residents' lounge.
