There was indeed a superb room service facility available in this quirky, if not fine establishment. The staff were of the uptmost standard and were not the typical Glasgow jakies and tramps that I have been used to in the Glasgow Hilton. This hotel was in my opinion appauling. It did not have room service as advertised on the web site, not any restraurant other than a carvery on a Sunday and breakfast. The place was not as clean as we are used to, the bed to a poor standard, and the whole place generally in serious need of upgrading and rennovations... more
