Booked and stayed in this lovely B+B/ small hotel. Room great, food very good , owners lovely. Only bad thing was I booked so I could use wifi to do online paperwork after das work. It was not up to much where we were at the top of the hotel. Took laptop to Witherspoons and did it there.

This is our second visit to Scotland and our second stay at Ashtree House. What a gem and as fabulous as the first time. Gracious hosts, great room and fantastic breakfast. We only wished we could stay longer. Well worth a visit to Paisley just to experience this hotel. Many thanks and see you again!

We visited Ashtree House after a funeral for a late lunch. The food was superb, the steak pie and sticky toffee pudding were particularly memorable. We were served quickly and efficiently by lovely staff and I would not hesitate to return.
