Over-priced and over-stated, over-blown and over-rated. At £80 for a twin bedded room on a Friday night, this place was simply not worth it. The staff are okay - as are the drinking facilities - but the whole shebang smacks of being self-indulgent. I would not expect to pay more than £50 per night for what is on offer. This... more

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant from an extensive menu at reasonable prices. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was that we were in a room at the front of the hotel and you could hear the door 'beeping' every time someone walked through.Would definitely recommend... more

Extremely good value for money, B & B £40 for the 2 of us and a good lunch, £10 for 2 and we were looked after by a very efficient & friendly staff. The hotel was warm in quite cold weather. more
