sorry but I have to say that the room i had in this hotel was the worst I've ever had, you couldn't swing a cat in it, it was noisy, opposite the lifts and stairs. The staff were very friendly but this doesn't make up for the fact that although the hotel is half empty you get an awful room.... more

I have stayed here previously and therefore was looking forward to my return stay. I had my parents with me and we had 2 lovely big rooms with a stunning view of Arran. Stayed for a few days recently and was greatly impressed. The staff were very helpful and the food was great. Andy was a star, bubbly and cheery as well as knowing his job. Great location - near the shops and beach. Enjoyed the leisure club facilities - great to be able to relax. Will definitely recommend and be back more

Checked in ok, parked in the last space of the free resident only car park. Our room key didn't work all weekend, what a pain.
