We did feel welcome at first sight. The house is very confortable and our bedroom was confortable. My two young daughters did appreciate very much there staying. The breakfast was very nice. When we arrived we were greated with a pot of tea and shortbreads , which was very nice and made us feel welcome. A very homely place to stay , very relaxing and comfortable . We were only there 2 nights but would stay again without hesitation. more

Sunnyside was perfect for what we needed it for. It was close to the venue we were going to, room was very good size, great service and lovely breakfast. Would definately use again if I was in the area! more

we stayed for a short break and loved it, we travelled by motorcycle so it was importent for us to have it secure at night, we can recomend this as a base for touring the west coast, helen and john are perfect hosts more

My husband and I stayed at Sunnyside for 3 nights which was the ideal situation for us as we were attending a wedding in the nearby Alloway Church and Brig 0 Doon Hotel. Like many other visitors to Sunnyside, we were attending a wedding at Brig O'Doon and the location of the B'n'B is excellent for getting to and from the hotel. We stayed at Sunnyside for 2 nights because we were attending a wedding at Brig O'Doon hotel on the Friday and decided to make a long weekend of it. We were warmly welcomed by Helen and her husband, who recommended the Balgarth for dinner, just 4 minutes walk away. Helen also recommended an excellent hairdresser and beautician nearby.
