I have always been a fan of tripadvisor and they're candid reviews but having read the last couple on this hotel I have to say I totally disagree with them. This place is a truly hidden gem, if your looking for the corporate brand where they're out to screw every penny out of you and treat you like cattle then... more
Beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy. The room was small, pokey and old-fashioned; which was a huge difference to the bedroom images shown on the hotel's website. Breakfast was the only meal served. The bar was empty for the entire duration of our stay. There was no private parking. more
In response to the review left twice by the same guest and titled "I wouldn't stay here again"- if any prospective guests would like a photograph taken on the day of your enquiry of this "dreadful room" then please email and one will sent immediately to put your mind at rest.

What a fantastic location for an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment you open the gate until you leave. We were made to feel like royalty. Our room was clean, tidy and beautifully furnished with everything required. The landlords couldn't have been more helpful. If they'll have us, we'll definitely be back. more
