We stayed here for two nights. We were part of a group of 32. The receptionist, Rachel was lovely and helpful when we booked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the activity centre (£2 for an hr) inside the hotel and the enclosed play park was excellent. Our only problem was slow service - the food was lovely, but you had to wait up to an hour for your dinner. Breakfast was about a half an hour wait.(Sunday morning) The hotel was really busy and there seemed to be loads of staff working - but there was only one chef (overheard waitresses talking to each other) Overall it was a good experience. Be careful when ordering taxi's as we were charged £10 for one 4 mile trip then £6.50 for the next one! Ask at the front desk as they know who to trust! more
