Booked via lastminute.com and didn't expect a great deal, given the price. Rooms are very basic (this is University accomodation, but the photographs that appear on the website are 'generous' in how they present the facilities). Staff seem disinterested and no care is taken to ensure that your stay is a good one.

Our biggest niggle? Workmen letting themselves into the apartment first thing in the morning to change locks. As it was, we had two females in our party who felt very threatened, especially when the workman was asked to leave and ignored them.

When this was reported to staff, they didn't seem to believe us and generally looked like they couldn't care less. Regardless of price, if you stay somewhere, you have the right to be treated like a human and this did not happen. more
