Dont use this as your base if you are planning a holiday in Cork - it caters primarily for business travellers and i doesnt even do that particularily well. The reception staff were the rudest and most unprofessional people that I have ever experienced in a hotel. We were dropped right off outside our hotel by a company that provided buses to the main hotels which was very useful only 5 euros return!!
