The Quality Hotel was fine as a base for exploring Cork and the wider area but was not a destination in its own right. When we arrived, our room was not ready but the staff let us leave our bags while we went to have lunch then go back to check in. But when we checked in, we had been... more

Dont use this as your base if you are planning a holiday in Cork - it caters primarily for business travellers and i doesnt even do that particularily well. Best avoided if you are looking for a hotel where you can park your car in the carpark. I had to leave mine on the road and then get up early... more

The reception staff were the rudest and most unprofessional people that I have ever experienced in a hotel. We were assured that there was free on-street parking for the weekend, however a parking disc was needed for Saturday. We stayed as a group of 18 and were asked to provide a list of names per room, which we duly supplied.... more

Situtated in downtown Cork, the hotel has nice rooms and amenities. It meets North American standards for a room. We really didn't spend much time in Cork itself and mainly went to nearby Blarney Castle and Charles Fort so we didn't need to stay right in Cork. If you do not plan on spending time right in Cork you woudl... more

This hotel has some positives, the location is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, these were undone by the incompetence of the reception staff. They managed to completely mess up our group booking even though they were provided with a very clear colour-coded spreadsheet indicating how many rooms we wanted, whether they were to be double or... more

We only stayed one night in the Hotel but the room was Ok, we found the Hotel staff very friendly and didn't have anything bad to say about the Hotel or the room all the facilities worked. We stayed in room 526 which over looked the grave yard and sometimes during the night I could hear the church clock chime... more

we stayed in this hotel for one night, as its location is very good, but the site of a graveyard wasnt worth it!!! when we arrived to check in we found that we had to park the car on the street, we werent made aware of this when we made the reservation, which to be honest i think the reservations... more

I stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived at 2pm to check in and were told our rooms would not be ready for at least half an hour. We spent that having some bar snacks in the bar where the staff were very friendly. We got to our room to find it overlooked a graveyard with graffiti covering the headstones... more

We were dropped right off outside our hotel by a company that provided buses to the main hotels which was very useful only 5 euros return!! Check in was a bit slow but only because a number of groups arrived at once. The room was huge!! although the bathroom was wet room style and the bedroom floor did get wet.... more
