We stayed at the Ambassador Hotel for one night while on our honeymoon. We booked the hotel through the tourist office in town because of the price and the car park. Upon arrival, we happened to let it slip that we were on our honeymoon and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view for no... More

Thanks to the amazing staff at the Ambassador last week when I visited for a 30th birthday party. I stayed on second floor in a room overlooking the city. It was another fantastic visit. The barman on duty Roy greeted me and my party with great enthusiasm and took care of our every need. He served us and entertained us... More

On a recent weekend break to cork my boyfriend and I stayed in the Ambassador. On early arrival, we were told our room would be ready shortly and were offered a place for our bags and given ideas for lots to do down the town. When we arrived back the receptionist told us we had been upgraded to an executive... More

Stayed for two nights it was a fantastic experience the receptionist was first class when we arrived she advised us about a few things about cork and she was spot on. Try to get a balcony view it is worth it alone. Only don't expect Wi-Fi it was not available Highly recommended More

Stayed here for 2 nights and was delighted at how lovely it turned out to be. Our room was a great size with the usual tv, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Spotlessly clean good sized bathroom. Lovely high ceilings and a huge window which gave us spectacular views over the whole city. The staff are all so... More

Stayed for 1 night, room only E55. Room was a good size, bathroom was tiny.. Perfect if you are just looking for a place to sleep. A stroll to the town ( taxi if in heals or its raining). We did not have a view. Am sure the city view is nice at the front of the hotel. Hotel maintenance... More
