Stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights. On arrival our room was upgraded free of charge, which was great. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. First impressions of the hotel are quite good. The building is quite grand and impressive. Most importantly there is free car-parking which if anybody has done any research is quite rare for Cork. A lot of hotels direct you to multi storey car-parks where you then have to pay. I thought the location was ok but most people will not... more
