I stayed here last week - a great find. It had everything you'd expect from a cosy guest house: clean, comfortable, great value for money and there was a top breakfast as well. The owners, Mick and Maura were incredibly warm and helpful, helping us with information regarding transport to the airport on the return journey. If you want to... more

I stayed in the Redclyffe for 2 nights as I was working in the city for 2 days.It was the cheapest B&B I could find-I paid 80e for a single room with breakfast both morn.I did appreciate the free parking which is in front of the B&B and I cannot fault the area-its safe and not noisy yet still central... more

Redclyffe B&B is a great place and bargain for the money. If you are looking for a 5 star Regency, this is not it. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, with a good breakfast, this is the place. The owners, Mick and Maura, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, warm and very... more

I had a wonderful stay in Redclyffe - I stayed for 2 nights during September and although this was during the busy tourist season, the staff went out of their way to make my stay an enjoyable one. Within walking distance of the city and still outside it - a really enjoyable experience and would thoroughly recommend it to anybody... more

I stayed at the Redclyffe for 3 nights in April. I couldn't have been more pleased. The place was immaculate, the bed was cozy comfy. The owners were lovely, caring ,helpful, and jolly. The shower was delicious. Breakfasts were home-cooked to order. The location was near the University about a ten minute walk from the center of Cork. I read... more

My boyfriend and I spent a lovely long weekend in the Redclyffe Guesthouse. It was definitely value for money, the breakfast was great and the owner was friendly. We had absolutely no complaints and would undoubtedly return again. It is ideally situated for the city centre and great for a weekend away. Definitely recommedable. more

My hubby and I were in Cork for the weekend to attend a Christening. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights, having booked a few weeks in advance via the internet. The outside of the property is pretty impressive, but don't be fooled. Inside is dingy, scruffy and dirty. We had a room on the ground floor. There were cobwebs dangling... more

Had a week at Redclyffe with my grown up daughter in Aug 2008. We were both very pleased with our room as we spent more time in it than we had planned (due to weather!) We had a good size double room, nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. The good Irish breakfast we got really set us up for the... more
